Delivery Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. If an order is placed before 2:00 pm est, it will ship that business day. If it is placed after 2:00 pm est or on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the next business day. All orders ship via UPS. If your order is delayed, we will make every effort to contact you to let you know.

Freight deliveries for furniture and special items can take anywhere from 1-7 business days to arrive to customer.

Some residential deliveries via freight may incur an additional freight fee decided by the freight company. Heavier merchandise may also increase freight fee such as cartons of paper or folders. If your order requires an adjusted freight fee, you will be contacted by customer service

If the customer is not available for the freight delivery, an attempt to contact the customer will be made by the freight carrier. If the customer is not obtainable the delivery will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will be responsible for all freight and holding fees of the carrier due to not being obtainable.

Orders originally shipped and refused will be assesed an additional shipping charge for the reshipment of the order.

If you receive damaged or missing products, please give us a call within 24 hours. Furthermore, If you receive damaged furniture going by our freight company, please refuse the order and give us a call as soon as possible. In this case, we can replace your order as fast as we can. Shipping costs for orders from OfficeBella.com depend upon the method and option you choose.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
