A valid email address is required for all orders placed online.

All orders placed by 2:00 pm EST will be shipped next day. We always try to ship from the warehouse closest to your location, but occasionally, inventory availability dictates that it ships from another location which may take longer.

All shipments must be checked within 24 hours of arrival for missing or damaged items.

Any multiple (free shipping) orders will be charged for shipping (same billing and shipping address).

Any order placed with “NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED” at the customer’s request is not the responsibility of OfficeBella.

Please verify all shipping information is correct within one hour of placing your order. Any orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer will incur additional shipping charges to ship to the corrected address.

Shipping costs are approx. $9.25 + $0.25/lb via UPS. Furniture is shipped via common carrier at different rates.

Shipping is FREE if the cart's weight is under 100 lbs and subtotal is over $60.00.

All freight orders must be inspected prior to the departure of the freight company. Signing the bill of lading indicates that you have received the delivered items in good condition.

We do not export orders overseas, except to select countries and pre-approved customers. All international shipping is at actual costs depending upon the mode of shipment.

All furniture orders require a form to be filled out and faxed back to us before the order is processed.

In some cases, we can send out furniture fabric swatches if you are trying to match your existing décor. Please call us if you would like samples.

We do not accept credit cards on international orders because we are unable to verify billing information. We ask that you either paypal or wire transfer the money. Once we receive payment and approval from you on the order, we will ship your order right out to you. Please be advised that you country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy. All such fees and taxes are the responsiblity of the recipient. OfficeBella. com is not responsible for them. We are not to be responsible for such fees/taxes on returned items, either. If you are concerned about possible additional charges, please contact your local import/customs authority for more information before ordering any item going overseas.

We will ship to PO boxes but cannot assume responsibility for these orders as we cannot track them. Please call for quote.
